How does the process work?

We've created an Excel template that you can download by clicking with your mouse. We need some data from you:

  • The location where the items are located.
    If there are multiple warehouse locations where the company has stocks being offered, please indicate the place in the column. [place name = location] Example: PartTracker has 2 locations, 1 location in Joure, and 1 in Wormerveer. In the column, JOURE or WORMERVEER would be stated.
  • Manufacturer of the item.
    By manufacturer, we mean the brand mentioned on the packaging. Example: Telemecanique is a sub-brand of Schneider Electric. In the UK, it's sold as Schneider Electric UK, while in other places in the world, Telemecanique is mentioned. To have a clearer sale, the name on the packaging or the part is needed.
  • Manufacturer's item number:
    The file should include the item number as registered by the manufacturer. Example: 6ES7155-6AA01-0BN0 is the correct representation. 6ES71556AA010BN0 or 6ES7155-6AAO1-OBNO or ET 200SP, PROFINET bundle IM are not correct representations. Some manufacturers use item numbers, order numbers, and type numbers. Example: ABB has a 2CSR255180R1165 as the item number and DS201 B16 A30 as the type number. This may also apply to other manufacturers. The type and order details are optional and can be filled in other columns.
  • The quantity of items you wish to sell:
    Quantities with different conditions must be split. For example: 6ES7155-6AA01-0BN0 5 pcs. NIBS and 6ES7155-6AA01-0BN0 2 pcs. NNB.
  • Unit: the packaging unit (box/roll/piece/etc.):
    Indicates a packaging unit. When there are a number of items in a packaging unit, please specify the total number of items, not the packaging unit.
  • Condition of the item (NIBS/NIB/NNB/USED/REF):
    The condition is necessary to determine the value of an item. Date: Purchase date This concerns the production date and if not specified, the date of invoice by the supplier to the provider. Price per piece at which you want to offer the item The provider can fill in a desired price here.

PartTracker determines the value of the parts based on the market. Communication will be made regarding this.
